If you already keep your CRM, your files, or your pipeline somewhere else, none of this asks you to drop it. BOS also has its own data drive, projects and CRM built in, and you can move parts of your work there whenever it makes sense for you. No rush.
The agent looks up people who match who you are trying to reach, with verified contact details and company information already attached. You are not searching one profile at a time.
Before any outreach goes out, the agent checks the email address is real. Fewer bounces, fewer wasted sends.
Describe who you want to reach, and the agent builds the list itself, pulled from LinkedIn, Google Maps and company websites.
Works in the background, nothing to set up. If a prospect is a local business, the agent already has its details.
Every reply and booked meeting gets logged back into HubSpot on its own. If someone asks not to be contacted, the agent updates that list too, so nobody gets messaged twice by mistake.
Bring your Slack workspace in and the agent starts watching it for things worth your attention. More of this is landing soon.
Customer conversations from HubSpot, email, live chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, show up right inside your ChatFx channel. Reply once from there and it goes straight back to the customer, no switching tabs.
See a project's real progress inside the channel your team already talks in, without opening the project itself.
Same idea as HubSpot above, built for teams running support on these instead. Coming soon.
Connect your account once, and code activity shows up next to the task it belongs to. You see what shipped without checking two places.
Inside a project's own settings, link its repository directly, so that project's code activity stays with that project.
Read and write straight to your CRM records. Coming soon.
The agent tracks your followers and performance so you get the numbers without opening the app. It only reads. It never posts for you.
Same as X. Follower and performance numbers, nothing posted without you.
Same tracking, coming to these next.
Does BOS post on my social accounts?
No. Social integrations are read only. BOS tracks your numbers, it never publishes anything on your behalf.
Do I need to connect a CRM to use BOS?
No. BOS has its own CRM built in. Connecting HubSpot or Salesforce is only for teams who already run their pipeline there and want the agent working inside it.
How long does connecting a tool take?
Under a minute for most. A normal login for tools like Google or GitHub, or a code you paste in for tools like Apollo or Hunter.
What if the tool I use is not listed here?
Tell us. We add integrations based on what people actually ask for.
Don't see what you use? Let us know and we'll look at adding it.
