Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BOS Studio and any related applications, platforms, products, APIs, digital twin tools, agentic systems, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by GENIE AI, Inc.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

GENIE AI, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BOS Studio for internal business or personal use.

You may not:

• Sell or sublicense the Platform
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Build competing AI systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers without permission
• Circumvent security or usage limits

We may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time.

BOS Studio provides access to:

• Generative AI systems
• Digital twins
• Agentic workflows
• Automation tools

AI outputs may be inaccurate or probabilistic.

You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

The Platform does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content").

You grant GENIE AI, Inc. a license to:

• Use
• Process
• Store
• Display

Your content is used solely to operate and improve the Platform.

We do not sell your User Content.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws
• Infringe rights
• Harm or exploit others
• Develop malicious software
• Commit fraud or impersonation
• Access unauthorized data
• Disrupt the Platform

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Any feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

All Platform IP (excluding your content) is owned by GENIE AI, Inc. or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for those services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Fitness for purpose
• Non-infringement

GENIE AI, Inc. is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data

• Maximum liability is limited to:
• CAD $50
• Amount paid in the last 12 months

You agree to indemnify GENIE AI, Inc. against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Your content

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Your rights cease immediately upon termination.

These Terms are governed by Ontario law.

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Canada.

You waive the right to class actions.

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and GENIE AI, Inc.
